  • We are almost entirely staffed by active IT people with first-hand experience of the roles we recruit for, so we understand your needs better.
  • We have first-hand experience of being recruited and being the recruiter, and we asked other IT professionals what they liked and didn't like about recruiters, and made sure our service improved on the good and eliminated the bad.
  • We are available for evening and weekend interviews, if that's more convenient for you.
  • We are open and honest about our commission rates. For contract positions, we tell you our rate and agree it with you during the vetting stage. We don't try and get the most money out of the customer and then pay the least amount to you, making our margin as big as possible. We try and get you the best rate and then take the commission we agreed with you.
  • We keep you informed about the progress of your application with regular contact. Any contact with us is always followed up. If we think we can put you forward, we'll say so. Equally, if we don't, we'll say so.
