Not everyone finds it easy to transfer knowledge they've learned from a training course into their everyday job, but with some help and support from people who have experience, they will soon gain in confidence, and consequently flourish and produce better quality work.

This is why we often spend time on-site with a customer after we've run a training course for them, guiding and supporting the people that were trained to get them started using their new skills.
