Essential Software Testing Skills for Business People
This course is aimed at business people, with no prior knowledge of IT, to enable them to undertake software testing on behalf of their company. This is often known as 'User Acceptance Testing' or 'UAT'; because it is done by users of the system and involves them making sure that the system is acceptable for use within the business, supports the business processes, etc. It is a quality assurance process, intended to reduce the risk and cost of implementing a new system and/or changed procedures by identifying any issues as early as possible.
Advanced Software Testing Skills for Business People
Mainly designed for people who have already completed our 'Essential Software Testing' course, this course is aimed at business people who want to build on theoretical knowledge of software testing, with hands-on experience of testing a real system, and dealing with the real situations that arise during the testing process, all done in a controlled and fun environment.
Essential Business Analysis Skills for Business People
This course is aimed at business people, with no prior knowledge of IT, to enable them to undertake business analysis work on behalf of their company. This course helps them learn how to gather requirements from other business people, analyse those needs, and propose solutions.
Essential Project Management Skills for Business People
This course is aimed at business people, with no prior knowledge of IT, to enable them to create and manage projects within their business. Whilst designed for use with IT projects, the principles taught are just as suitable to any project within a company, such as setting up a new office. Included are all our top hints and tips for how to get the most out of Microsoft Project to help plan and run your projects smoothly.

What most people don't realise about IT systems is how much of it is really about people. Getting the most out of your people is always something that can have a huge impact on the success of any aspect of a business, and IT within a business is no different.
