Our Unique Approach

There are a lot of factors that make our recruitment process quite unique. Some of the key points are:

  • We don't put anyone forward for a job unless we think they have the skills to do the work and the right personality to fit in with your organisation. With our current experience in IT, we are able to select the very best candidates.
  • We are not a CV shop - we don't send you a huge pile of CV's to be sorted through, most of whom aren't available or couldn't do the work. We submit 2 to 3 highly relevant people to you, once they have passed our vetting and interview process.
  • We are not a body shop - we respond to every application we receive. All applicants know their status at all times and we deal with them with fairness, honesty and integrity. They are important people and we care about their well being.
  • We have a sensible charging structure - we have a maximum commission rate of 20% for contract positions and 20% of basic salary for permanent positions.
  • We have a genuinely open and honest approach. For example, for contract positions, all our contractors know how much we are taking in commission.
