We also offer a managed service approach to IT solutions, for those who prefer to leave the technical details behind a solution to us, or for those who want some aspect of a solution to be managed by us. As with everything within the Solutions section, this is a very open service driven entirely by your business needs.

It can range from taking away daily headaches, like the management of your system security, through to managing all or part of an IT project for you, or even providing managed services for tasks such as software development or software testing. Any aspect of an IT related task or project can be handled in this way. We don't like the word 'outsourcing', because it implies that control is handed over to a third party, and we believe that you should retain control yourself. We prefer the term 'insourcing', where you keep the control but the bulk of the problem is taken care of by us.
