What is this course about?

• This is a 2 day, trainer led course, designed to teach business people how to test IT systems
• It describes testing methods and principals that are applicable to any type of system
• It is a workshop style course, based around many worked examples and practical exercises
• It covers both System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• It does not use computers but delegates do leave the course with both theoretical and practical knowledge of how to test IT systems

• The course is aimed at business people who have little or no knowledge of IT

• This includes 1 or 2 trainers, depending on group size

• An optional self-study workbook is available, for revision purposes or remote team members, at an additional cost of £1,000 + VAT. This includes 2 hard copies of the workbook - further copies are available at £50 + VAT per copy
